This website, lasvegassex.com (the “Site”), is operated by Reed Consortium, Las Vegas, NV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site exists for one purpose: to let interested parties inquire about purchasing the domain name lasvegassex.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The Site has one contact form. If you choose to submit it, we collect your name, your email address, and the message you write. We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard server log data used for security and to keep the Site running.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through the form solely to respond to your inquiry about the domain, to negotiate and complete a sale if you decide to proceed, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Cookies
The Site itself does not set tracking cookies. The Site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them.
Your choices and rights
You are never required to submit the form; you can browse the Site without giving us any personal information. Our legal basis for processing your form submission is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and, where a sale proceeds, the performance of a contract.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving the Site over HTTPS and limiting access to form submissions to the people who need to respond to them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we will delete the information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated policy.
